Die: Nesting Lace Circles by LifestylesCrafts
I cut white cardstock with the Nesting Lace Circles die using my Cuttlebug. I then took the frame that was left and used it for a mask to sponge the clouds.
For the Hot Air Balloon I stamped GinaK's Ecclectic Summer with versamark & heat embossed with pink on polka dot dp. I used a versamark pen to heat emboss every other strip with "Shamrock" green EP. I used pop dots to adhere to another piece of cardstock that I stamped the balloon on then used Versamark pen to outline & heat embossed with bold pink to create a larger balloon frame.
