(2011 card#18) Love is Blooming

Its that time of year Love is Booming!  Hearts and scallop boarder cut out with Fiskars old style hard template cutting system...almost antique, hehe!  Boarder punch "Eyelet Lace" by Martha Stewart.  Card base: core'dinations, vellum, other paper from my stash. Beads hanging from ribbon was a gift from my sis-in-law from her bag of goodies.
