I can't believe this is my first card this year!!!! Hopefully this means I'm getting my mojo back! I've just not done it until today...no excuses....But I'm hoping to catch up before Dec....Last year I posted 108 cards....I've got a long way to go.... by this time last year I had already done 48!
So this little card is to celebrate our Savior's sacrifice He made on the cross to pay the price for our sins.
I made the silky flower using a candle to melt edges of a silky ribbon ...technique found at http://thepolkadotcloset.blogspot.com/2011/06/how-to-make-fabric-flower.html The center of flower is a big bead from my stash of old baubles from my late Aunt Boodie! (my favorite aunt who doted on me when I was such a painfully shy child)
