(2011 card#22) Thank You RBW

For Background I used Sizzix Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder .  Designer papers from DCWV.  Spellbinders Petite Ovals Scalloped LG. Thank You Stamp by ScrappyCat. Rhinestones by KaiserCraft, The clear ones are hard to see up in the stars!
