(2011 Card#108) Jumping Fish

 
 Stamps are Gone Fishing by Theresa Momber & can be found at Gina K Designs.  I stamped fish & reeds with Versamark & heat embossed with black EP.  I colored the fish & reeds with Copic Markers & applioed versamark again & heat embossed with clear EP.  I then sponged Ranger Distress inks for the water, ground & sky.  For the texture I pulled twine apart to frey & colored with Copic & wrapped it around card base like ribbon.  Dies are Labels 8 by Spellbinders.

    WOW! That fish really looks like he is jumping out of the water! I see that all the time here in FL--I think they are calleld Mullets. Either way--LOVE your coloring and inking for the background! Great masculine card:)
